We require a credit card to be kept securely on file in Jane App.  This simplifies the payment process and ensures a seamless experience that allows us to focus on your therapy without the hassle of payment transactions.  Payment will be automatically billed on the same day as your session.

If you are seeking virtual sessions, our office is wherever you are with a strong wifi signal and privacy.  We will follow up to your living room , car or office. 



When you book a session with us , we reserve that specific time slot just for you. Therefore, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  You can cancel or reschedule (depending on availability) an appointment if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged the full session fee. 

If you find that you are unable to commit to your appointment time, we can have a conversation about finding a better time that meets your needs.



Forms are sent via Jane app, our secure client portal.  After your initial consultation you will be prompted to complete your Jane app profile and fill out all required forms sent by your therapist.  Please note that all forms must be filled out before the first session.  If you are unable to do this,  please let your therapist know and we can support you to fill this out during the first session.  



Yes we do! While spaces can be limited - based on availability and financial need, We may have a sliding scale spot open.
